The Unity Shabbaton is an interdenominational Shabbat weekend for lay leaders which includes religious services (mechitza and egalitarian minyanim), interactive study with a faculty of three scholars, Shabbat ruach, singing and camaraderie. This year's faculty includes Reb Moshe Waldoks (Temple Beth Zion, Brookline), Rabbi Mitchell Levine (pulpit rabbi and Brown University faculty member, Providence, Rhode Island), and Rabbi Barbara Symons (Temple Etz Chaim, Franklin). Reb Waldocks will also provide the Saturday night entertainment with his funny and ever-popular "Evening of Jewish Humor."
