"We are a small congregation and I am the only paid staff (per diem per service). Dave acts as our Chazzan. Since the beginning of Covid, he has organized weekly Shabbat Zoom services (we use to do once a month) and single-handedly organized our High Holidays services. He has physically checked in with congregants who were in need. Basically, Dave had provided spiritual, emotionally, physical, and technological support to a congregation that may have folded had he not. He is a mensch and, in my view, a real tzadik."
