Dr. David Geller

Temple Emunah, Lexington

"David Geller has provided guidance and creativity to Temple Emunah since the start of the pandemic. A member of the Lexington Board of Health, which develops and implements local health regulations and policies, David has helped guide our community as well regarding general safety and wellbeing and procedures for those with roles in the sanctuary during Zoom services. Furthermore, David coordinated Torah readers for the High Holy Days, and did all this while serving in private practice as a much-loved pediatrician. One of his best innovations was to bring Torah scrolls safely to the homes of all of our teen-age Torah readers so they could read from a Sefer Torah on Zoom for the entire congregation on the High Holy Days."
